General
The organization, including its staff, cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material damage that visitors may experience during the event or at the location. The program is subject to change. The organization reserves the right to modify the program at any time.
Unacceptable Behavior
Any form of unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. At House of Wonders (HOW), this includes but is not limited to: racist, fascist, sexist, offensive and/or discriminatory remarks, unwanted physical contact, disruptive and/or aggressive behavior, vandalism, and violence. Visitors displaying such behavior will be removed from the premises without a refund of their ticket.
Age Limit
The event is 18+. Age will be checked at the entrance, and visitors will be asked to show a valid ID.
Entry
To access House of Wonders, you must have a valid entry ticket, available through our official online ticket shop (via CM.com). Tickets are non-refundable. Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited.
Entry Checks
All visitors may be subject to a security check upon entering the event. Refusing the check will result in denial of entry without a refund. These checks are in place to ensure the safety of all visitors, staff, and artists.
Bags
Large bags are not allowed. Bags up to A4 size with a maximum depth of 15 cm are permitted.
Prohibited Items (Drugs and Weapons)
Visitors will be searched for prohibited substances and weapons upon entry. In accordance with Dutch law, all events follow a strict zero-tolerance policy. No soft or hard drugs are allowed. If drugs, weapons, or similar items are found, entry will be denied. If the quantity of drugs exceeds personal use, authorities will be notified. Weapons falling under the Dutch Weapons and Ammunition Act will always be reported to the police. Objects that can be used as weapons, such as pocket knives or selfie sticks, will be confiscated. Visitors who are clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry.
Clothing
Clothing with nationalist and/or political expressions is not allowed. Face-covering clothing or masks are also prohibited. This will be checked upon entry. The organization reserves the right to deny entry if these dress codes are not followed.
The Following Items Are Not Allowed
Soft or hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, (pet) animals, items with discriminatory and/or provocative texts or symbols, objects that can be used as weapons (e.g., blunt, stabbing, or projectile weapons), items that may negatively affect safety, health, or well-being, aerosol sprays, fireworks, torches, and professional audio, video, or photography equipment (excluding compact digital cameras and mobile phones with a camera function). Violations may lead to confiscation and/or legal action. Unauthorized commercial activity in and around the event area is strictly forbidden.
Theft and Loss
There is a cloakroom available at The Garage. Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. The organization is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of personal items. House of Wonders is also not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Visitors are advised not to bring valuables to the event or leave them in their vehicles. After the event, lost and found items will be handed over to the municipality and announced via our social media channels.
Payment
All payments at House of Wonders are made with tokens.
Toilets
There are sufficient toilet facilities available, free of charge. It is not allowed for multiple visitors to enter one toilet cabin at the same time. Public urination is prohibited and will result in removal from the event.
Photos, Videos & Recordings
By entering the event area, visitors give permission to be photographed or recorded on video/audio. These recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the organization.
Parking (Cars & Bicycles)
Visitors are responsible for parking their cars and bicycles in the designated areas around de Koepelhal.
Sound Levels
The organization adheres to the maximum allowed sound level of 103 decibels, as determined by VNPF and VVEM. The organization is not liable for any potential hearing damage that may result.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
